Thursday, October 18 – Rehearsal will end at the conclusion of the school day for the instrumentalists. The aux. will end at 3:30p.m. Students are to be dressed for tonight’s indoor concert no later than 6:30 p.m.

Friday, October 19 – Rehearsal will end at the conclusion of the school day.
*Sophomores and Juniors are to bring two dozens of cookies for the after halftime snack* (Store-bought, packaged cookies are a good idea for this late in the season.)

For tonight’s home game:

Students MUST be dressed in their uniforms no later than 6:15 p.m. I suggest that you arrive no later than 6:15 p.m. Eat a light snack before, and remember to bring your black gloves, your band shoes, and your black socks. You must also wear your band shirt under your uniform. Wear a pair of shorts so that you can slip the uniform pants on easily. NO EARRINGS…..NO UNNATURAL HAIR COLORS!!!!! Hair must be inside your hat. Parents – please wait outside of the band room for your son or daughter. Remember, the band room is closed to everyone not in the band – no cutting through.

Monday, October 22 – Rehearsal will end at the conclusion of the school day for the instrumentalists. Aux. will end at 3:45.

Tuesday, October 23 – Rehearsal will end at 3:30 p.m. today. Aux. will practice until 4:00 p.m.

Wednesday, October 24 – Our weekly rehearsal at the stadium will begin at 3:00 p.m. today because of Halloween Fun Night. This is a MANDATORY rehearsal if students expect to perform at the last regular season home game. This change has been announced weeks ago. Wear white t-shirts and dark shorts to fix the formations. You will be dismissed at 4:30 p.m.

Looking ahead:
-The annual marching band pot-luck dinner will be held prior to the final game on Friday, October 26th at 5:00 p.m. in the high school cafeteria. The entire family is invited to this wonderful event.
