This is the schedule for Thursday, October 20 to Tuesday, October 25.

Thursday, October 20 – Rehearsal will end at the conclusion of the scheduled band period. Students are to be dressed in their uniforms no later than 6:30 p.m. for this evening’s concert. The concert starts at 7:00 p.m. The string Orchestra and Jazz Ensemble I will also perform.

Friday, October 21 – Students are to be dressed in their uniforms BEFORE 5:30 p.m. for tonight’s game. We are again performing at B-W tonight.

Monday, October 24 – Rehearsal will end at the conclusion of the day for the instrumentalists. The aux needs to stay until at least 3:45 p.m. to figure out the routine for ‘Monster Mash’

Tuesday, October 25 – The entire band will rehearse until 3:30 p.m. today. The Majorettes, Debonaires, and Demonettes will practice until 4:00 p.m.

Please remember to be on time for your auditions. Students should be ready to play ten minutes before their scheduled time.

This is the schedule for Thursday, October 6 to Wednesday, October 13.

Thursday, October 6 – Rehearsal for the instrumentalists will end at the conclusion of the school day. The aux. will practice until 3:45 p.m.

Friday, October 7 – Rehearsal will end at the conclusion of the scheduled band period. The money or checks for the restaurant certificates are all due today.

For this evening’s home game

***Our pot-luck begins at 4:45 p.m. in the HS cafeteria. I handed out the information concerning this event to the students a week ago and it is also on the website (see band homepage). Immediately following the dinner, the students will change into their uniforms for the game. Senior parents are to meet on the track at 6:30 p.m. to prepare for the senior night recognition. Ask your son or daughter where you are to stand.

Saturday, October 8 – “Blitz Day” begins at 9:00 a.m. in the HS band room. We should be finished by 1:00 p.m. I also passed this information out to the students a week ago and it is on the website (see band homepage). All students need to attend this fundraiser.

Monday, October 10 – Rehearsal will end at the conclusion of the day for EVERYONE! We all need break!!!

Tuesday, October 11 – The entire band will rehearse until 3:30 p.m. today. The Majorettes, Debonaires, and Demonettes will practice until 4:00 p.m.

Wednesday, October 12 – No band rehearsal during the school day………. BLOCK SCHEDULE. Our weekly rehearsal at the stadium will be held this evening. Students must be in their seat no later than 5:45 p.m. for this evening rehearsal. The entire drum line will rehearse with John this evening at 5:00 p.m. in the hight school band room. I will dismiss the entire band at 8:00 p.m. from the stadium.

Looking ahead:

The Midpark Band Festival is on Thursday, October 13 at 7:00 p.m. The event is held at the stadium at Baldwin-Wallace College. I will pass along more information when I receive it. The students will need to be dressed in their uniforms no later than 5:30 p.m. in preparation for this festival.

NO SCHOOL ON FRIDAY!!!! (There is a game!)

Here is the schedule for Wednesday, September 21 to Tuesday, September 27.

Wednesday, September 21 – No band rehearsal during the school day…… BLOCK SCHEDULE. Our weekly rehearsal at the stadium will be held this evening. Students must be in their seat no later than 5:45 p.m. for this evenings rehearsal. The entire drumline will rehearse with John this evening beginning at 5:00 p.m. in the high school band room. I will dismiss the entire band at 8:00 p.m. from the stadium.

Thursday, September 22 – Rehearsal for the instrumentalists will end at the conclusion of the school day. The aux. will practice until 4:00 p.m.

Friday, September 23 – Rehearsal will end at the conclusion of the scheduled band period.

For this evening’s home game:
-Students must be dressed in their uniform and in their seat no later than 5:00 p.m. I suggest that you arrive no later than 4:45 p.m. Remember to bring your black band shoes and your black socks. You must also wear your band shirt under your uniform. Wear a pair of shorts so you can slip the uniform pants on easily. The Music Boosters are providing pizza, salad, and drinks following the parade.

ALL FRESHMAN AND SENIORS ARE TO BRING COOKIES (at least two dozen) TO THE HIGH SCHOOL BAND ROOM WHEN THEY ARRIVE AT 4:45 p.m. Please consider bringing packaged cookies this week so that the extra cookies can be used for the final football game.

Monday, September 26 – Rehearsal will end at the conclusion of the day for EVERYONE! We all need a break.

Tuesday, September 27 – The entire band will rehearse until 3:30 p.m. today. The majorettes, Debonaires, and Demonettes will practice until 4:15 p.m.
