Raymond Walczuk - walczuk@wlake.org
Raymond Walczuk is currently in his eighteenth year as the head band and orchestra director at WHS. He is a graduate of the Baldwin-Wallace College Conservatory of Music and earned his MA Ed in administration from Baldwin-Wallace in 1998. In 1993 Walczuk accepted his current position as head band director at Westlake High School. In 1998 he agreed to add the responsibilities of string orchestra director.
In 2004 Walczuk was presented with the Conservatory of Music Alumni Achievement Award from Baldwin-Wallace College, One of only two recipients in 2004, he was the first alumnus from his graduating class to receive this award. In may of 2005, he was selected by the faculty of Westlake High School as the “Exemplary Educator of the Year.” An OMEA adjudicator for 18 years, he judges both band and orchestra state adjudicated events. Walczuk has served as president of District IV for the OMEA from 2001-2003.

Keith Astler is the WHS Music Network’s Band webmaster and current WHS Symphonic Band Secretary. He manages all the information relevant to the WHS Marching Band and WHS Symphonic Band.

Zia Mohammad is the WHS Music Network’s Orchestra webmaster and the current Orchestra Treasurer. He manages all the information relevant to the WHS Chamber Orchestra.
